Installation

• download cns_solve_1.3_all_intel-mac_linux.tar.gz
• uncompress it to /home/usr/share (as user “xuelab”)

cd /home/usr/share
tar xvf /home/yxue/build/cns/cns_solve_1.3_all_intel-mac_linux.tar.gz

• edit the file cns_solve_env - change the line: setenv CNS_SOLVE 'location of CNSsolve directory'
• before using CNSsolve: source cns_solve_env
