Now Colabfold is only available on White!!!
1. Add “setenv PATH ${PATH}:/home/usr/share/localcolabfold/colabfold-conda/bin” to your .cshrc and source.
2. Basic use: colabfold_batch –amber –templates –use-gpu-relax –num-recycle 3 fasta_file output_dir More help and usage in “colabfold_batch -h”.
3. The result contains ranked model of relaxed and unrelaxed, on most occasions, we choose relaxed model, they are ranked by pLDDT by default. The pLDDT simply means the predict reliability in each residues.
