Update / Installation of Openssh for computers at U6-046

The old version is Openssh v9.5, installed at C:/windows/System32/Openssh. The school forced us to update it to the latest one.

Below are the step:

1. Download the file OpenSSH-Win64-v10.0.0.0.msi from Github
2. Log in the computer as Administrator. Then double click the msi file.
3. After toggling the yes button. The program will be installed at C:/Program File/Openssh. (I waited for several minutes for a window which will allow me to choose the installation directory. But there's actually not any.)
