• Enter full screen Ref

台式机那种有线长长的键盘就比较固定：

Ctrl+Alt+Break  （Break在键盘右上角那几个按键。仔细看，含有Break单词的就是了）

笔记本：笔记本的相对坑点了。

一般为：Ctrl+Alt+Fn+b  通过“Fn+b”键实现Break键的功能( 看到有个说macbook的break是Fn+Esc)

但我的海尔笔记本不管用。后面找到用的是：Ctrl+Alt+Fn+p

• Type “netplwiz.exe” in 'Run' and do the job there

• Type “control userpasswords2” or “netplwiz.exe” in 'Run' Ref

• Install this update ( Ref)

• For Windows in Chinese version, default font is set to SimSun, which is ugly for many programs such as mendeley. Ref

  1. Open regedit
  2. edit as follows
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\GRE_Initialize]
"GUIFont.Facename"="Arial"  (or "Tahoma", "Calibri")

• “shutdown -s”

• To disable, type “powercfg.exe -h off” in cmd
• To enable, type “powercfg.exe -h on” in cmd

• open task manager , find process named “Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation”, right click and choose “Go to details”, and right click and choose set priority as below normal. Ok , restart the windows

• Follow the procedure below Ref

关闭windows update服务
右键我的电脑→“管理”→“服务”→“windows update”
右键“windows update”→“属性”
在“常规”标签下，选择“启动类型”为“禁用”，点击“停止”，点击“应用”
在“恢复”标签下，把三个失败选项均改为“无操作”，点击“应用”，点击“确定”

关闭windows update 计划任务
在和“服务”同一栏那里依次找到“系统工具”→“任务计划程序”→“任务计划程序库”→“Microsoft”→“Windows”→“WindowsUpdate ”
点击“WindowsUpdate”，在右侧可以看到Automatic App Update、Scheduled Start、sih、sihboot四个计划任务，在点击任务名字，然后点击右侧“所选项”里面的“禁用”可以停止计划任务。按此方法将四个计划任务全部停止。
